Repeater is the free tool to repeat any layer in After Effects
We were a little miffed you couldn’t repeat vector (continuously rasterized) layers the way you can with shape layer repeaters, so we made our own.

Limitations:
For correct behaviour, always use on a layer that is continuously rasterised. Footage layers will need to be precomped before allowing them to be continuously rasterised.
